Israeli opposes creation of Palestinian state
Benyamin Netanyahu, the head of the Israeli government, declared this Thursday that he had informed the United States of his opposition to the creation of a Palestinian state after the war. But the White House said that they will continue to fight for a two-state solution.

“In any future arrangement, Israel needs security control of all territory west of the Jordan River. This contradicts the idea of sovereignty,” he believes.
The Israeli Prime Minister assures this during a press conference. He adds the person concerned, “must be able to say no to our friends”. Mr. Netanyahu pledges to continue the offensive in Gaza until Israel achieves a “decisive victory over Hamas”.
The White House will continue to fight for a two-state solution
After Benjamin Netanyahu said he would not allow a Palestinian state to take shape at the end of the fighting, US National Security Adviser, John Kirby said that risking undermining recent statements by the Biden administration
Netanyahu declared that there would be no reoccupation of Gaza after the conflict, but also that the United States remained committed to a two-state solution.
Netanyahu said this after the declaration of the Minister of Internal Security who said that Israelis will need two years after fighting Hamas in Gaza to destroy all Hamas’ construction including their tunnels.
