Legislative elections in the DRC: invalidated deputies call for the correction of material errors of the Constitutional Court
Invalidated deputies called for the Head of State's involvement to correct what they described as “material errors of the Constitutional Court”.

They launched this call in a press conference, held in Kinshasa on Tuesday, April 2.
Their spokesperson, Aine-Gustave Ohaki Andiyo, stated some numerous cases because some politicians have never appeared before the court.
"We, the elected representatives of the people, urge the supreme magistrate, Félix Tshisekedi to correct material errors in election results for democracy's sake," he stated.
For Aine-Gustave Ohaki Andiyo, it is important for a judge who truly fears God and is at the service of justice to correct such errors to restore the image of the Constitutional Court.
In mid-March, the "Regard Citoyen" electoral observation mission suggested that the Constitutional Court release all the decisions it made to the disqualified candidates who had approached the court. This would enable everyone to understand why their appeals were rejected or invalidated.
